The thing that’s so great about a painting like this for me is that I can throw in as much color as I want and it doesn’t seem out of sorts. Our eyes want to believe that if we stood in the middle of the desert at the setting of the sun, all of the colors of the spectrum would delight our hearts and souls. It has been four years or more since I’ve painted one like this and I know it will find the perfect home. Painted Desert measures 48”x30” and comes ready to hang.
